Website And Forum Back Up!

After finally switching to self-hosting, the website and forum are back up! They are still under construction, and more updates will come soon when I can get around to announcing them, so stay tuned!

Updates:
The forum is fixed and working after that bug plagued it.
The website/forum portal is still under construction.
The IRC subdomain is working, but the page layout is bugged. The application itself works, though.
The Mantis and Wiki need to be redone completely. They need to be re-setup with a newer version, and have the layouts redone.
